Our Store Refunds & Return Policy 🐚

At LittleSeaHandmadebyDeniz, many of our products are handmade and/or personalised with care, which means all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your parcel. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, clear photos and a detailed description of the concern must be provided.

Any issues reported after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit. Only items that arrive damaged in transit, faulty, or significantly different from the item ordered will be considered for review.

Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, improper handling, or normal wear and tear after delivery. Items must remain unused, unaltered, and in their original condition to be eligible for assessment. In some cases, approved claims may require the item to be returned before a resolution can be provided.

Once an order has been dispatched, LittleSeaHandmadebyDeniz is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, or stolen during transit. Any shipping-related concerns must be raised directly with the courier service.
